The Members of SBHR work together to minimize these expenses and potentials and provides small business with tools and services to increase productivity, decrease overhead and litigation potentials.
Small Business owners appreciate the Group of which its Members answer, handle, manage, implement and install a host of day-to-day operational issues of employment. As H.R. Professioinals, our Members advise on workplace scenarios and conflicts, and navigate complex requirements concerning employer/employee rights and obligations, and State & Federal labor law compliances. SBHR was conceived to help the small business owner by helping its Members to network with each other.
Additionally, on an as-needed, contract, or in-house full time need, we will be available to assist your company with the any of the services listed.
