Small Business owners work hard to accomplish one thing:  the profitable growth of their business.  The more time spent away from this goal, in terms of employee issues, office management, workplace compliances, and employment litigation means less revenue generation, escalating overhead, and needless business expense. 

 

Small Business Human Resources (SBHR) as a networking support Group, works hard to accomplish two things:  we free up Member's valuable time, and reduce employer's expenses and risk potentials by networking with each other within the Group. 

 

The Members of SBHR work together to minimize these expenses and potentials and provides small business with tools and services to increase productivity, decrease overhead and litigation potentials.

 

Small Business owners appreciate the Group of which its Members answer, handle, manage, implement and install a host of day-to-day operational issues of employment.  As H.R. Professioinals, our Members advise on workplace scenarios and conflicts, and navigate complex requirements concerning employer/employee rights and obligations, and State & Federal labor law compliances.  SBHR was conceived to help the small business owner by helping its Members to network with each other.

Additionally, on an as-needed, contract, or in-house full time need, we will be available to assist your company with any of the management services listed on the right.

We're local to Los Angeles, and service the Southern California areas of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and anywhere from L.A, North, to San Diego.
